The registration fee includes:

  • Paper submission
  • Admission to all oral and poster sessions
  • Conference materials
  • Lunches and coffee breaks
  • Opening Ceremony
  • Visit to the Roman Theater of Cartagena
An optional conference dinner will take place at Restaurante Cuarenta y Tres (Fee: € 65).

Cancellation policy:

  Cancellation of registrations must be notified in writing to the technical secretariat.

  Registration cancellation will incur no cost until September 25th, 2026. From this date onwards, cancellation will result in 100% of the registration fee being charged.
